Often I put a painting or two in my post and make a small comment about it and click the publish.. some time they even sit here few days waiting for this button push. I don’t want it to sound like an old cliché repeating again and again, but I really appreciate all your visits here, taking the time to push that little button of ‘like’ and for many others even for taking those extra few minutes to make a comment. I know that there is so much else to do now a day and you probably due else where. leave alone that those blogs are some sort of addiction and time-consuming. But without you dear friend what are those blogs going to be like. I thank you all for spending time here and for your great friendship from the bottom of my heart. I met such great people thanks to this Blog I could not do with out. Thank you for opening my eyes and teaching me so much letting me entering to your little worlds….
I came back from a week home sitting looking after friend’s place. It is a beautiful place and I could not resist enjoying painting outside while the weather was great.
What started like that;
Ended like that;
Take care and have a super weekend…
The MOPS were invited to Chiddingstone Castle… and I had a go at these two oil paintings, enjoy.
I was preparing my canvass for painting and I could not stopped!
I sketched the Big Ben from St. Thomas hospital long time ago while enjoying myself there… sort of.. This time I just wanted to try to paint a version of Westminster bridge and the Big Ben while crossing on a rainy evening… So ‘Night Bus Special’ was painted. Don’t know about but you I prefer to see it in a glorious sunshine.. I am just going to find someone to switch the lights on..
Another day out in paradise with the MOPS along Posten Lane what amazing day and super clouds in the sky.
Tower of David in Pink… I saw that some paint left in the tray after I painted the flowers… so I could not resist it and I pushed a paper in to see what it would look like… The result was that I had a paper with light wash of yellow and pink… Was not sure what will go on top but recently I looked at few pictures from Jerusalem.. One was the Tower of David… so I had to try to paint it on this yellow and pink paper.. look strange as if the tower got some disease…
Trying to work on some water colours washes with Carole… One was given to Rahme for her birthday the other is queuing for a wall space.
I love Maurice Sapiro work very much and I must had some telepathy when I look outside my window just as he did…. Check his blog and work.
