Hi, everybody hope you are all well and having fun. Hope you are ready to celebrate yet another Christmas. I don’t visit you often as it requesting longer sitting from me which is not comfortable. However it is much easier for me to use short visits on either; Instagram – Doronart or via my Facebook page, or you can always see few of my recent paintings on my Website . If you use any of those apps please stay in-touch other wise use this site which is alive. Meantime as you can see I always manage to paint something quick during every minute I get, I call it my art-therapy and life saver. May I wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Opening my blog after such a long time, visiting and writing this post gives me slightly eerie feeling. It feels like visiting a holy shrine a place I spent so much time with so many great people which I miss everyday. I hope one day to return and hopefully to be able to spend more time here as I loved every minute of it when I did. I am always curious to know where are you all and what you are up to. In the mean time this is just a quick check to see that you are all OK and safe. It needless to say I miss you all and thinking about you. I constantly continue to take my daily medicine and sketch, paint. I always cherish that great privilege you all gave me with your likes each time and your following which encouraged me and my paintings. It means and always will so much to me as that is what made it better.
I would like to wish you all where ever you and your family are a great Christmas and A Happy prosperous New Year, with loads of health and love.
Dear Friends, thank you for making 2013 great year for me and my blog I could not make it without you and of-course without WordPress. I enclose the stats from WordPress so it might help others to develop their blogs and mean time have a Happy New Year and thank you for taking part and hope you are going to enjoy the show in 2014. Thank you for your friendship and stay lucky and safe.
The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2013 annual report for this blog.
Here’s an excerpt:
The concert hall at the Sydney Opera House holds 2,700 people. This blog was viewed about 15,000 times in 2013. If it were a concert at Sydney Opera House, it would take about 6 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.
What a great year 2013…. welcome 2014 and Happy New Year to you all, thank you for making last year a great year. I could not enjoy it as much with out you my friends… Loads of health to us all and less pains hopefully..
I don’t watch much TV, but I recently saw a program about the kids that are living in the refugee’s camps in Lebanon in freezing conditions in the open winter air, with hardly suitable cloths and food. They managed to survive and escape the internal war in Syria. I also watched Malala from Pakistan that got shot by the Taliban in an interview on CNN and I think as bloggers we have some responsibility and maybe we have some voice which we are not aware about. I can see that our blogs are being read all over the world and we should and must use it to relay a loud message to the open world. I am not a politician but far from it but as an artist I think that our message should be that; from 2014 we should not let anyone the right to abuse anyone anywhere around the world. It does not matter what is the reason if right or wrong, no person child adult or elderly female or male should be exposed to bad treatment anywhere. We have enough resources to help everybody to maintain their dignity and humanity, we should defend and protect those innocence that always suffer the consequences of someone else good or bad interest. It is enough we need to deal with nature disasters around the globe like in the Philippines. Lets unite together and stand by those people and make sure that we don’t arm the planet we are living on using it resources so our grandchildren will be able to use it safely too.
Thank you for visiting my blog during the year and please stay safe, healthy, you and your family where ever you are. I dedicate those flowers for you all, best wishes and Happy New Year, Doron

To my family, friends, followers and everybody who will read this message. In a couple of days it will be the Jewish New Year. I would like to thank you all for being part of my community and my little world. I also would like to use this platform to send a message to the bigger world watching recent news unfold, seeing the huge problems that we have around us. There is something civilised called dialog, please let us all learn how to use it instead of killing each other for the sake of our opinion. Let us stop all the blood shade and the harming of each other for very little reasons or for any reason at all. Let us stop the hate and forcing our views, philosophy on other people who disagree with us for what ever their reason is. Please let us stop the killing of those innocent little children, elderly or any people on this planet.
I dedicate you all this beautiful flower that hopefully will brighten your life set your mind and make it a peaceful world. I wish you all a better healthy Happy New Year.
I never thought I can meet such a nice bunch of people leave alone keep a Blog running. A short while ago we all were strangers but through exploring our hobbies, our life stories, we all met and I cannot thank you enough for being part of it. If you follow me or just accidently peeped in to check what my journey was all about, thank you for doing it. I feel privileged joining your neighbourhood your community, your life stories and interesting secrets. Thank you for letting me in and share with you my new crave for painting. May I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and hope our friendship to last for ever.
As you remember I have mentioned in the start of ‘My journey’ that when I begin to paint I joined the association for all artists the SAA. Following the magazine tuitions and videos, I slowly learn to paint. It took me some time and courage until this year, but I have started sending some of my painting for their magazine quarterly competition. I was amazed to see that my ‘Happy New Year’ painting actually won the September special bonus prize. It makes me feel great and enjoy my painting even more. So thank you to the SAA and off-course to all my friends here that support my work all year round. I hope that many more will deep in and start enjoy painting. (I will have to ask to change the ‘her’ to ‘his’. ‘Paint’ is the quarterly magazine)
